(4) Poly strapping seal machine ( for closed seal)

      There is also an economic way of producing PP strapping seal by using scrap materials from tins cans and pails ctc.

But  it is only load the material piece by piece manually without continuous feeding process.

You have to cut the cans or pails and press them into flat strips and then cut into each piece for exactly forming into seal shape by load one by one as shown in the picture

  You also can produce such seals for 20 feet container quantity in a month if you use four sets of machine and some other workers for the position of cutting and pressing.
