2. Requirement for the materials
3.installing and connection of equipments 3-1: after unloading all machine, get rid of all out packing. 3-2:lay out the machines of press, feeder, coil holder and its sensitive bars by way of straight line( the coil holder and sensitive shelf should be on the same side of pneumatic feeder)
3-3: the press machine should be in a straight line with automatic coil holder, with a distance about 2 to 3 meters, the sensitive bars should be placed in between them with same straight line. 3-4: transformer and compressor should be placed nearby place convenient for production. 3-5: get all electric wires connected, each electric box of the machine has a circuit diagram and wire connection description, the 480V electricity is put into” in” of the transformer the “out” is the 380V for the press machine and other machines, the other two small machine’s electricity can be supplied by connecting them into the electricity box of the press machine.( automatic coil holder and compressor). See the layout drawing.
B, Connect the tube output of the compressor into pneumatic feeder’s input and input of air pressure meter at the right side of the press machine
C, connect the sensitive wire with sensitive bar at sensitive shelf, load the material of coil onto the automatic coil holder, fasten the screw and fix the coil, the one end of coil being pulled out and threaded through sensitive shelf and put into the slot of pneumatic feeder, shown as following chart.
D, the sensitive shelf working mechanism, when the coil strapping go through and touch the lower steel bar it means that more strapping being sent to the feeder and motor stopping sending strapping but when it touches upper steel bar that means strapping is not enough for the feeder and coil holder motor starting to work and send more strapping to the feeder.( if the shelf bars are too sensitive to be adaptable to the press work, so it maybe better to male simple coil holder to adapt itself to the work of press machine) 3-6: A, check the die of the press whether being fixed into place or not, whether the pneumatic feeder being moved from fixed place or not and other normal inspection. 3-7: when all the equipments are in place and workable, first use the single pressing to test by putting two hands together on the black rubber round button and press it with two hands together to see whether the product being pressed by the single pressing is meeting the requirement or not, and also check the pneumatic feeder being adaptable to the die. You may start automatically pressing until everything is OK with single pressing. 4. Attention items 4-1: better to use lubricant water by dropping it onto the material drop by drop which can lower the temperature and reduce the damage of die and prolong the life of die and also it is good for the material to cooperate with the die. 4-2: If the press machine can not automatically operate or the products being pressed have more inferior results, more possibly caused by pneumatic feeder does not send material evenly or the air might be leaking. Check the pneumatic feeder( see the operating manual of it) 4-3:the pneumatic feeder working not properly is largely due to the poor cooperating between feeder and die. It might be the two items are not in same position of straight line or it might has empty positioning from the feeder, or the feeding roller distance is too long or too short among the feeder’s rollers. 4-4: Though the production line is automatically operating but is not designed as an intelligent automation, it is essential to have workers to inspect the working condition of the machine and (a) if anything happens it should be stopped to avoid damage to the die by the press continually.(b) in the process of automatically producing, when the coil feeding is about to finish, be careful to watch the machine and it is better to shift to single pressing, and change back to automation again only after the new coil being replaced again.
