Answer:

yes the price of 9850usd/set FOB Shanghai has included all the six parts as you indicated

(b)

Can we use the same above machine to make all the different types of seals but have to change the mould for all types. Steel and PET

Answer:

yes you can use the machine to produce different type of seals by changing the mould only.

Can we make seals 32 x 56 and 32 x 45 on the same mould. They are the same width for 32mm

Answer:

Not available.

But we do it by making half way of pressing for the mould that means we can make a "U" shape of the unfinished part for you and you make it (whether 56 length or 45 length) into the finished shape of the normal steel seal "|>" by manual way. (use a fixed steel bar to swing it into flat and overlap which forming the final shape of steel strapping seal.

Yes it is the same price for the mould.

What kind of press machinery do you think we must have? remember that the mold and the system will be working with the press machinery that you can recommend me?

Answer:
we strongly suggest to use our Chinese made "Yangzhou Press" machine which is among best press machine in China and famous for its stability and good performance. The tonnage can be 25 tons for the usual practise.

the height of the mold, the width of the mold and the long of the mold ( I need the design of it ). Please when you send me the molds, I need the design of it in Auto-cat, detailed each piece with measures and with the materials that were made. I need that information included on the contract because SGS or ITS will be ask for in the moment of the shipping.

Answer:

we will forward the size of the mould when sending it with Auto cad designing and material information being used for the machine upon signing of the contract between us.

Remember the quality of the materials it´s got to be the best, because I work 365 days per year (24 hours daily)

Answer:

we will use the best material in the key point of the mould which being imported from Japan.
We have made a new designing for your seal which being attached in this email, having a better structure than yours which also have points at the left "L" side that had no points in your sample but we add points to it to strengthen the tension force of your seal.

The molds be the best quality because we work 24 hours day.

We may supply you with some parts which can be easily dismantled and fixed when necessary to change the broken parts after long time using which you would be worried about most I think.

Please do not worry about the after service since we can do according to your requirement if you want to make more and more seals with one mould which we can prepare spare parts for you.
